Policies

For the comfort of our guests, the efficiency of operating the home, and the preservation of our personal residence we have the following policies.

- Four night minimum stay, except for Special Events which requires a seven night minimum stay

- Cleaning Fee is $250

- $2000 Security Deposit

- Fifty percent of the cost of your stay is required on the date you execute the Lease Agreement the remaining balance, security deposit, and cleaning fee is required 60 days prior to your rental start date.

- Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom are not included in any rentals- There is a 2nd Master Suite (Lake Bedroom) on the 2nd Floor that is available to guests- with its own private bathroom and walk in closet.

- All deposits are non-refundable

- All major credit cards are accepted although a three percent surcharge will be added to the total cost

- Check in Time is 3:00 pm

- Check out Time is 11:00 am

- NO Smoking in the house or on the property

- NO Pets in the house or on the property

- NO Skis, Golf Bags, Bikes, Saddles, etc in the house. Please use the garage

How close is Camp Twiggy to Main Street?

You can walk to Main Street by means of the Jack Rabbit trail. It is .7 of a mile and is a very scenic walk. If you chose to drive to Main Street it takes three minutes.

Can I hike, bike, snowshoe, cross country ski from the house?

There are numerous trails directly accessible from Camp Twiggy. The house is located in the Fawn Ridge development which use to be a small ski hill. There are still numerous trails in and around the development. These trails also connect to the legendary Jack Rabbit trail.

Does the house have Lake access?

The house does not have lake access but public Lake access is available at both Lake Placid and Mirror Lake.

How far is the house from Whiteface?

Ten minutes
